What Working With Us Look Like

As power electronics push toward higher voltages, higher switching frequencies, and less room to dissipate heat, the semiconductor substrate itself has become the limiting variable.

GLCT Engagement Model

Advanced Prototyping & Engagement Roadmap

Four stages and one shared decision point.
Every stage below ends in a concrete deliverable, so your team always knows what’s next and what you’re holding in hand.

Stage 01

Client Engagement

You bring a challenge — performance requirements and application context. We assess fit together.

Stage 02

Technical Intake &
NRE Agreement

Specs and success criteria co-defined. Fixed-fee NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) agreement with a milestone-based timeline — geometry, targets, and requirements locked jointly.

NRE Agreement covers prototype roadmap, deliverables, fixed-fee, schedule, and IP terms.

Stage 03 Iterative

Multi-Phase Prototype Development

Prototypes developed in sequential phases of increasing complexity. You participate at every milestone with reports and design reviews — no black-box development.

Gate Go / No Go

Prototype Completion & Path Decision

Both parties evaluate technical maturity and commercial readiness:

Proceed

Prototype meets spec. You commit to volume. Transition to LVM (Low-Volume Manufacturing) begins.

Additional Phases

Further refinement needed. Additional NRE phase negotiated — returns to Stage 03.

Hold / Pivot

Program paused or re-scoped while you
re-evaluate roadmap or funding.

Stage 04

Joint Development Agreement (JDA)

Both parties negotiate in good faith toward a JDA for launching full implementation.

NRE – Non-Recurring Engineering

LVM – Low-Volume Manufacturing

JDA – Joint Development Agreement
