Great Lakes Crystal Technologies (GLCT)’s co-founders Tim Grotjohn and Keith Evans teamed with Michigan State University (MSU) postdoctoral associate Paul Quayle to participate in the Introduction to Customer Discovery Course which was part of the Midwest NSF I-Corps node held in Ann Arbor, MI over the past 6 weeks. The program helps companies understand the value proposition their product or service brings or could bring to their customers.
Keith Evans, GLCT’s president and CEO, stated, “Many thanks to Lora Stevens and Divya Patil and their team for putting on a great course. They really make you think, get way out of the box, and focus on your customer’s needs and not so much on your own technology. All three of our team members got a lot out of it and we encourage all early stage companies to do the same.”
